When installing do you have to find the studio in the wall


You do not need to find the stud. Drywall sinkers are included with the screws if needed. As long as you are not going to be doing chin-ups from them, you can use the sinkers with the screws.

You must mean the STUD. No, you don't have to find the stud, but if there is no stud, install the appropriate fastener hardware that will work well on your wall. You can purchase that, and get the right advice from your Lowe's store.

I would recommend finding a stud for the hand towel and at least one of the mounts for the toilet paper holder and towel bar. Be sure to use proper drywall mounting hardware if you don't find the stud.
