my faucet wont shut off and leaks ca I buy replacement parts

Mine is only 3 months old and it's a pain to shut it off completley. If the handle not in the exact spot it drips. I'm thinking it's a design flaw

I'm sorry to hear that your faucet is leaking! Over time, debris in the water can cause a drip by preventing a water-tight seal under the cartridge (RP50587). Please turn off the water supplies under the sink, loosen the set screw, remove the handle, then unscrew the cap and bonnet. Wipe the bottom of the cartridge and the valve where the cartridge seats with a soft cloth, then reinstall the cartridge. Please tighten the bonnet nut hand-tight plus a 1/4 turn with a wrench. We would be more than happy to help you further! Please feel free to call our customer service team at 1-800-345-3358 or email customerservice@deltafaucet.com. Best regards, Jon

Part are available, but first be sure you have returned the handle to the upright position. It differs from other faucets where you might have it on the full hot (or cold) position, the push the lever in, leaving in its last position but fully off. It might have been partly for aesthetitics, but the lever needs to be closed at the upright position. Of course, if it has leaked/dribbled over time and you have hard water, the cartridge will get calcification and refuse to close.
