Is there a way to bypass the touch2o technology and just turn water off and on like a regular faucet? Mine goes through batteries like crazy!!


Hello. Thank you for your question. The Touch2O touch function on the Delta 19922TZ-SSSD-DST Faucet can be changed to manual mode by removing the solenoid assembly entirely or, with the faucet running water, disconnect the battery pack. You now have a manually operated faucet. The solenoid is open allowing water to flow through and is now stuck open because you removed the power it would use to close. Reconnecting the battery would close the solenoid and make it electronic again. Best Regards, Rosanna
