Is hot water with the handle in the up position or down?


Hi Valued Customer, Thank you for your question! The faucet handle should be facing up. When the faucet is turned on, hot water will come out and when you rotate it towards yourself it will turn cold. Please feel free to contact us directly for technical information at 800-345-3358.
