I would use the 80 tooth more teeth smoother cut.

I'm assuming you are cutting real wood flooring and not laminate. The answer lies in the types of cuts you will be making. If you will be making mostly cross-grain cuts, the 80 tooth is the way to go. Make sure it has an 'ATB' grind. This gives you the smoothest cut. If you be making a lot of rip cuts (along the grain), then get the 60 tooth.
