Plaster/ lathe ceiling has 2' diameter section of missing plaster. Lathe is solid. Can I use this product to repair this large of a section?


Thank you for posting your inquiry. Providing that the wall and lathe is structurally sound, DAP Presto Patch can be used to make a lager format repair as you describe. For areas larger than 1/4” deep, two layers are required. Apply the first layer 1/4” deep into the crack and allow 30 minutes to dry. Then apply the second layer and smooth again, allowing at least 30 minutes to dry.
