Can you paint over it

As indicated on the product package label and supporting product literature for DAP Plastic Wood Solvent Professional Wood Filler.: "Allow to dry thoroughly before sanding or finishing. Dries in as little as 15 minutes for shallow, low volume fills and 2-24 hours in larger volume fills ¼” deep and over. Sand with medium sandpaper(100 grit). For larger and deeper repairs, apply two or more thin layers, allowing wood filler to dry between applications. Overfill to allow for settling and sanding. May be painted or stained immediately after sanding.
