can I use stucco over cement blocks


DAP All-Purpose Stucco Patch can be use for the repair of minor cracks and cosmetic defects in interior and exterior stucco/masonry surfaces. Given your commentary indicating that the surfaces are "falling apart", we would not recommend this or any other DAP product, as it would appear that the surfaces are in a degraded/unstable state.
