Can this product be used over a PAINTED, APA subfloor to level low spots? Thanks for your time


Thank you for posting your inquiry. DAP Flexible Floor Patch and Leveler is tested and recommend for use on APA Rated Plywood (flooring underlayment) and Concrete. As indicated on the product package label and supporting product literature: "Surfaces to be filled or leveled must be clean, dry and free of all foreign material (this includes paints/other coating)".
