can this product be used to level, then have a sealer such as kilz applied over it, or should the sealer be used prior to this product?

DAP Flexible Floor Patch and Leveler is only recommended for use under resilient (protective) floor covering goods such as: carpeting, vinyl floor tile or sheeting, ceramic or mosaic floor tile, laminate flooring, wood flooring and similar flooring goods. As indicated on the product package label and supporting product literature: "NOTE: DAP Flexible Floor Patch and Leveler is not intended to be traffic surface, likewise, paint application("kilz") is not recommended to create a traffic surface."
