Is this pet safe? I read about applying then waiting until it is dry, but what if it rains, is it just as harmful, sine the ingredients are “wet”?

They say yes in public but call them and ask, they’ll say “the treated grass is only safe for consumption 12 weeks after it dries” but dogs eat grass

Thank you for your question. All of our herbicides and insecticides are safe to use in households with children and pets. You do need to keep children and pets off and out of treated area until the product has completely dried. After dry, the area is completely safe for your children and/or pets. Rain will not re-activate the product to make it harmful.
