What kind of bulbs does this fixture take? It says medium base 100 watt. I was hoping it would take LED and less wattage.

This fixture accepts qty 3 medium based screw-in type bulbs with a maximum of 100 watts per socket. The bulbs do not come included with the fixture. It can dim dependent upon which type of bulb and dimmer are used. You can also use LED's. You can always use a lower wattage, just do not exceed the 100w per socket max.
