Would this be a good product if I had water damage in the basement on my carpet after it was cleaned up

The issue with applying Concrobium Mold Control to a carpet that has experienced water damage is that there's no way of knowing how deep any mold has been absorbed by the material and there's no product on the market that can guarantee its effectiveness under those circumstances.
