What is the best way to remove these from a wall? Need to relocate the shelf and not have large holes in the wall. Thanks.

For removal of the anchor clips without leaving large holes to patch, it is suggested to remove the metal pin with a pair of needle nose pliers and then hand pull the anchor out of the drywall.
