Do you dump the soil and start over each growing season, or do you just replant and add the raised garden bed soil?

if you go to the earthbox website, it says you cut out the plants remove fertilizer line to prevent a build up replace the cover then tilt to remove excess water. The root systems of the old plants can stay.
