Won’t close with enter button

Sometimes after a storm ours needs to have the codes reprogrammed into the unit. And sometimes one of the codes (we have three different codes) stops working, so again, we have to reprogram the keypad.

Check to see the motion sensors near the floor at each side of the door are not out of alignment or are not being blocked by the garbage cans or ??????
