Keypad works and remotes work, but Wall Mounted Door Control Won't Work Now

Hello, and thank you for your question. Based on your description of the problem, it sounds as if the wires that connect to the wall mounted control have come loose. Check on the overhead opener, near the learn button, for wires connected to a red terminal and a white terminal. It is likely that one was disconnected during the programming process. Was this Answer Helpful ? Should be unrelated to new keypad. Maybe disconnect power cord for a few minutes to "reload" chip in panel. If that doesn't work, replace it with a doorbell button. Loses some features but cheap fix. Talk to the store mgr. Maybe they will replace the pad under 1 year warranty?
