Can the garage door be opened using the app on the phone?


Hello Segi, the video keypad will allow notify you when the garage door has been activated and if motion is detected. However, you will not be able to control the garage door from the app with only the myQ Video Keypad being connected. The garage door will need to be connected to the myQ app separately.
