can you buy it at the store and take it home by youself instead of having them ship it to you?

Was this Answer Helpful ?Yes..there were plenty in stock even at the sale price of $297 when I bought mine. You'll need a pickup with at least a 7 foot bed to lay the box down on (take it off the pallet when they place it next to your vehicle). Then just tip it over onto the tailgate with the associates help and slide it on in (cardboard helps here). Reverse the process when you get home, but for Gods sake get a helper. It's a light and easy to maneuver size but 2 people makes it a cinch.
Was this Answer Helpful ?You can pick it up at the store, but you better have 2 strong guys to drag it out of the truck or large SUV. We have a fairly large SUV, and the safe was just a few inches too long to fit, so we opted to have it delivered for the nominal fee ($104 for a 55 mile delivery as our local Lowe's stores did not have one in stock). It took two hired guys to bring it into the home and place it in its final resting spot.
