Will this generator run a 120 V 15Amp electric heater?

Nope, you will trip the 13.5A breaker. Go to a 6000 watt.
Was this Answer Helpful ?I have one of those heaters too. Mine has LOW/MED/HIGH settings depending on how you flip the switches, which use a varying number of watts. You are NOT going to be able to pull 15A 120V from this generator, as it has a 14A breaker on each of the 2 120V outlets. The breaker on the generator will trip at 15A in other words. Also, to run anything with that wattage, you need a very beefy extension cord. Your typical cord will not handle the number of amps.

Was this Answer Helpful ?There is a mathematical formula for wattage . Seeing that I run a large air compressor with this generator I would say yes to the heater .
