Need metal in middle to hold 800 bike. From tail to tongue. Why not make that? Bike on mesh is not trusted


You can buy a bike channel for a trailer from any number of places. Even just a piece of C-channel the correct width from a steel yard would work. If the trailer came with it pre-installed, it would no longer be a utility trailer, but a specialty trailer, and would quite likely cost A LOT more than buying the trailer and channel separately.

With the mesh floor trailer models: we do recommend if your cargo has a wheel base measurement that does not match up to our cross members that you use runners under the wheels to help evenly distribute the weight or a sheet of plywood. You will have to remember to take the weight of your runners away from your payload weight to ensure you do not over load you trailer.
