I want to haul 2 motorcycles combined weight 1000 lbs or less. Can I add wood floor and 6 tie down rings to attach bike straps to.

The trailer in question item# 29951 has upgraded mesh in the floor you could if desired add a sheet of 3/4" plywood over the mesh and add your tie downs. You can special order this trailer with a 2x8 pressure treated floor and you can order it in different sizes such as 6x9, 6x10, 6x12. You can add tie downs when ordering but must specify where you want them and you can leave off the mesh tongue box. If you desire to special order the trailer you will need to #1 decide on the size trailer you want then make a list of the options you want to have on the trailer example...... 6x10 with wood floor, pipe top rail, 15" tires, 3500lb axle, 6 tie downs mounted in the wood floor at these locations. You will need to take the list and either call or visit the closest Lowe's store that carries trailers and tell them that you would like to receive a quote on special ordering the trailer, they will call to receive a quote from the manufacturer for the price of your special order trailer.
