Do i need to get a hitch on my toyota highlander to pull the trailer?


You can always simply have someone sit in the back and hold the trailer as you go down the highway. Its a good idea to tape that person to the trailer so they dont accidentally let go.

If you can install a 1 7/8" ball on your rear bumper, it will not be necessary for you to install a trailer hitch..

If your Toyota Highlander did not come from the factory with the towing package which includes the hitch then you will need to get one installed before you can tow a trailer.
