Is the ramp removable or will it pivot forward to lay flat inside the trailer?

YES The ramp will fold in with the expanded metal deck face to face so to speak on the 2025 version. One large bolt with a lock nut on each side/hinge

It’ll fold in , but not flat. Perfect setup if you want one option for hauling lawn mowers/snowblowers where you need a ramp, and also kayaks when you don’t.

To get ramp to lay flat. I cut off the two ears drilled New holes thru angle iron. Now it will lay flat forward with out removing ramp.

It will remove by leaning it back then slide it to the left off of the hinge pins .The gate weighs about 75 lbs. It will not lay forward into the trailer bed

The trailer tail gate will not pivot forward to lay in the bottom of the trailer, but, it is removable..

Maybe, ours will not as we have lined it with 3/4" plywood.

The gate does fold in, but it does not lay flat. Rests at maybe a 15-degree angle towards the front of the trailer. In other words... not good for anything. I would say it is not removable. Anything is possible, but I don't think you'll be re-attaching it with much ease.
