Yes the trailers sold at most Lowe's stores are fully assembled and ready for use. ***** In Washington State the trailers are currently sold as "kits" the customer must attach the tongue and put on the wheels.******
Was this Answer Helpful ?my trailer was assembled at store,i did not special order it. please do a thorough walk around and inspect all pins and bolts also ck the lug nuts. one wheel had all but 1 missing and my 4 pin light harness the wares were cut.
