Can this greenhouse be disassembled easily, I only need it during winter and early spring ? And how much room does it take up disassembled?

Hi, our products are DIY so they can be disassembled whenever you wish. However, you would have to be careful not to damage or lose any parts. Our greenhouses can be used all year long so they should not need to be disassembled during the summer. If you still wish to do so, the room it will take depends on how you disassemble it. If you put everything back in its original packaging, it fits in 2 boxes. I hope this helps.
