Can I use it with ONE light? I meant ONE light attached to the top MIDDLE tip. I don't want to attach my ONE light on one arm of the tripod.


Yes. First, remove the crossbar assembly (easily done by hand, without tools) from the stand. Then, use the special pin included with the stand to secure your light fixture to the top of the telescoping tube.
