I have only had this one year and the pull cord will not retract. I used to love craftsman products. Im hoping this is an easy fix. Anyone got answer


Only using this about 10 times and having to replaces the housing. Wow somehow I don't think this is right but ok.

Item #2636078 - If the pull cord will not retract, chances are that something has broken inside of the starter. The only way to rectify this would be to purchase a new starter housing. The starter housing is part number 753-10404. Thank you for your question.
