They refused to honor the warranty for me without a receipt. They told me I had to file the claim with craftsman and gave me a phone # to call.

Was this Answer Helpful ?The KEY WORD is equivalent. Lowes doesn't quibble if they don't have the exact tool. They will give you an equivalent or better honoring the warrant
