should the light be blinking red or solid red when light is charging


When charging the blue flashing light indicates that the battery is partially charged and a blue solid light will indicate that the battery fully charged state.

Owners manual states it will either be solid or flash in one of two colors. I have assumed that flash versus solid indicates amount of charge or discharge but not sure which is which or how much charge or discharge.
