Please Help I keep emailing Craftsman to get a warranty started and nobody will email me back

Hello Cmuss. You do not need to start a warranty claim yourself. That is something that is taken care of by the MTD authorized service center you would take your blower to. To start a warranty, you will need to take your blower to an MTD authorized service center along with your proof of purchase. They will inspect the blower and send their finding to our warranty department where a decision is made about whether the claim is covered by the warranty.
