So this fan will ventilate my small wet damp bathroom with no duct work or nothing running it out anywhere?


The FGR101 is strictly the grille cover. It is designed to do a cover upgrade for the following fans: Fits Broan and NuTone models 695, 696N, 670 688, E050, 671, 689. If you currently have a non-duct fan, it will not remove moisture from the room as it is not vented to the outside. It simply circulates air.
