Does this unit spin clockwise or counterclockwise?


The answer above about changing the rotation helped me tremendously. My exhaust fan motor is CW. Changing the rotation from CCW on the replacement to CW was extremely easy.

Depends on how you look at it. Either way it would still work, because it is a centrifugal fan.

Mine went counterclockwise out of the box, but I had to flip the shaft around to make it go the other way for my fan blade. Two screws, flip it around, put it back together, works great and goes the right way.

when installed, the fan is above the motor and rotating clockwise.
