where is there an instruction sheet for this? Can it be used with a PW approved detergent?

I used this with Krud Cutter for concrete walkways/driveways. Use the soap attachment first to soak the area to be powerwashed and then attach the surface cleaner an go at it 10 min later.

The insert says don't use any cleaners with this device.

it works with the sane type jet system as your pressure washer tips. think of it as just another attachment tip for your pressure washer. i would think anything you can do with your pressure washer should be ok with this attachment as long as you stay under the recommended 3000 psi.

Instructions: 1) Connect to the wand of your 2500 to 3000 psi gas-powered pressure washer. 2) Put it on the surface you want to clean and pull the trigger. 3) Hope that the seal and bearing of your unit do not go bad like they seem to for quite a few other users, because there is no support from B&S and there are no replacement parts available. No, this will not work with a detergent injector for the same reason that you can't inject detergent into ordinary high-pressure tips. You can use an injector ONLY with a "soaping" nozzle that will not build up high pressure in the hose/wand.

This product does NOT use any detergent. It is powered and cleans using water pressure only. I suggest using a broom or mop and bucket to pre apply any detergent you would normally use to clean the required item such as concrete patio or garage floor. I personally wet the surface with a cleaning product first and then use the surface cleaner.
