Will this unit work with an electric pressure washer with a 2000 psi rating?

Despite what the Briggs and Statton reply to this question states, I did not have any luck with this product on two separate Greenworks 2000 psi electric pressure washers. I even bought two of these surface cleaners and had the same results. The nozzles would spray fine but there was not enough pressure to spin it. When I hooked one of these surface cleaners up to a 2500 psi pressure washer, it worked great.
