Tried to buy this at my local Lowes 3/16/2019 was told they couldn't sell it to me as there was an investigation and it's on recall. Anyone confirm?


Unfortunately they got the models mixed up. This surface cleaner is fine, but there was a surface cleaner meant for a max PSI of 3000 recalled a few months ago. Those who had that recalled surface cleaner all had their surface cleaner upgraded to this one.
