Can this device be used to calculate depth of a well ?


Hi Jim, I am interested on your question too. What I was told is that it depends on the viscocity and transparency of the liquid. With water the laser will just go through.

The DLR130K would not be a good tool to use the laser will not be able to get a good reading off the water.
