Why would the image give dimensions A, B,& C, for what looks like 2 different bits then provide nothing that says what those dimensions actually are?

Overall Diameter 1-7/8", B. Cutting Edge Length 1/4" and C. Shank Diameter 5/16" (bore). Also, the kerf size is 0.125".
