It streaks , doesn't apply evenly. Bona says clean 1st, this is supposed to clean, right? Why clean 1st ? Makes no sense, i see dust being pushed


This product streaks, leaves footprints after drying. Doesn't work better than Swiffer. Bona says spray on floor first. That's not the way it's desig

Cleaner wont spray, blue cap is off, cartridge is down all the way. I took the other white cap off. Lost all the cleaner. What am I doing wrong?
