how many lbs can the rod brackets support?


I bought 7 of these hooks in white from Lowes. only two of them had the plastic rod holder piecr. How can I get 5 more? They didn't have any more at Lowes and didn't know when they'd get more in. Please advise.


What is the size of the bracket where the shelf would sit? I don't want my shelf to hang over the support.


The plastic pole connector or snap in hook piece. Do you sell these pieces separately or know how to find them? Mine broke years ago, no receipt.
