Suddenly the camera at my dad's makes noise when I talk to him and he can't understand me. Everything else works fine but when I try to talk to him


Hi Jadm! Sorry to hear you're having an issue with your Blink Mini, here's some suggestions to try and diagnose and fix the issue. First, I'd try power cycling the camera by unplugging it and leaving it unplugged for a good 30-60 seconds. Next, check that you have a solid WiFi connection and try moving the camera to see if a stronger connection fixes the issue. If that doesn't work, remove the camera from your Blink account using the Settings menu and try setting it back up again. If you're still having issues at that point, I would use the Help feature in the Blink app to contact Blink directly and see if they can help identify the issue.
