BioAdvanced Fruit and Vegetable 3 in 1 Solution is a foliar spray. We do have a product that can be used as a soil drench called BioAdvanced Fruit, Citrus and Vegetable Insect Control. For that product you would measure from the trunk to the drip line. Use the tree rate chart to determine how much product to use. Use the required amount of product into a gallon of water.
