Can you have “cold light” come on every time or must you cycle through each shade?. Can fan & light be controlled with wired wall switches?

Hi, please note that if you turn off the light then turn it on again immediately, like within 5 seconds, the light tone will change; if you turn off the light and come back later, for instance, after 10 seconds or turn on it next time, the light tone will be the same as the tone when you turn off. And you can install a simple "on/off'' wall switch. Thanks.
