is it safe to put in a food closet?

We placed three in a food closet...we do not have the means to test if it causes any issue with foods, but most foods in that closet are sealed.
Was this Answer Helpful ?Absolutely, that is where I place mine. It does not use a toxin, the trap has an attractant that lures the moths into the trap where they get stuck on the stick'um. You simply trow the trap away when it get full of moths and dust.

Was this Answer Helpful ?Absolutely! It contains no actual chemicals. It has a pheromone attractant inside a sticky 'trap.' There's nothing dangerous about it. I have on on the shelf behind my flours and meals--works great!
