Does this item have polishing capabilities? If so, are the attachments for that included?


I have owned three of these and they are great trim sanding and small to medium sanding jobs but since it vibrates I don't think it would polish very well at all. I have never seen any polishing attachments.

The MS800B Mouse Detail Sander can be used for polishing metals, stripping varnish or urethane when 1 OT polishing /stripping wool is used. Fine polishing, such as satin finish on paint / varnish /urethane can be done with 4 OT fine polishing wool. Accessory kits of 74-580 MOUSE® Sanding/Polishing Kit and 74-581 MOUSE® Polishing kit can be purchased extra.

It is a polisher for small jobs and the tools needed to do this are included in the pack.

None that I know of. I did not see any attachments available on the parts list. Even if it did it is not a good idea to use this type of rotation to polish
