Do you need to by the compression barrels separate, mine did not have any

Hi vinny, all compression end connections should come with the ferrule and stiffener pre-attached. We do sell extra ferrules and nuts at Lowe's (Item # 877133, # 877137). There are several more support items for compression fittings that Lowe's carries in this category. We hope this helps with your project.
