Will this fit a cub cadet xt1 model


No it will not! The rim does not have the extension that the original Cub cadet has. When you slide the tire on the spindle it hits the steering arm.

Yes, it comes with fittings inside the plastic wrap to use with XT1. After seeing that it came with the same exact tire as my Cub Cadet I tried it and it worked.
