Never used cloud before says free 7 days of storage, is that a one time use? What are the monthly fees?


No, the 7 days of cloud recordings is permanent. There are subscription tiers which extends the amount of days video is available and more cameras supported. The Premier plan is $99 with 30 days of recording, 10 cameras, and unlimited support. The Elite plan is $149 with 60 days of recording, up to 15 cameras and unlimited support.
