What size do the holes need to be drilled in the concrete? Anchors? Tapcons? Need the drill bit size

Thank you for your interest in our products. Do not need to drill holes in the concrete. While the concrete is still wet, place the base squarely on the pad. Insert the "L'' shaped anchor bolts through the holes in the base and down into the cement. Secure the base with the 1/4'' washers and nuts.Before it completely dries remove the nuts, washers and base.
