Does this camera record on its own to motion sensors?


The Blink XT2 cameras when armed record clips based on motion detection only. If the cameras are not armed or they do not detect any motion in their field of view they would not turn on and record any clips. The Blink cameras do not offer continuous recording though you can leave the system armed for motion detection for any interval of time. You are also able to access the live view on the Blink cameras at anytime and can save your Live View sessions with the Blink XT2 cameras as well.
